Winter received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, completing his Ophthalmology residency with the University of Texas at San Antonio, and now practices Ophthalmology as a co-owner of KDW Eye Consultants in San Antonio, where he currently resides with his wife and children.
